Last week I forgot (yikes!) to announce the winners of the NZ Post Book Awards. Here they are:Picture Book: Road Works
Junior Fiction: Old Drumble
Non-fiction: Back & Beyond: New Zealand Painting for the Young and Curious
Children's Choice: The Were-Nana
All the NZ Post Books will be on the New Book Shelf by Wednesday. They will be ready next week for general issuing. :-)

i seriously cannot believe that Old Drumble won. im gabberflasted. and that piano rock DIDNT win the non fiction, wat is wrong with the judges??????
but i completely except that the were nana won the picture books.
piano rock is an awesome book. to bad i did not get to finish it :( :( :(:(
